Hello Neighbor is a stealth horror game about sneaking into your neighbor's house to figure out what horrible secrets he's hiding in the basement. You play against an advanced AI that learns from your every move. Really enjoying the game so far! The graphics and sound design are really good, and it has some really nice jumpscares. And if you don't want to play in VR mode, you can just use mouse and keyboard controls, but I think VR makes it more immersive... just my opinion. The Alpha was updated on 4/9/17 with a new build containing a new map and a tweaked AI that is even more brutal. You can purchase the game for around 9 bucks right now, but I think at full release it will be around 20 bucks. It's definitely worth 9 bucks though!
